Your unforgettable journey begins with a prompt pickup from your designated meeting point in either Kyrenia or Nicosia. From there, we depart for a scenic drive southwest toward Paphos. This captivating city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1980, is steeped in legend as the mythical birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love.
A Mythical First Stop: Aphrodite’s Rock
En route to the city, we make a significant stop at Petra Tou Romiou, famously known as Aphrodite's Rock. This stunning sea stack marks the exact spot where the goddess is said to have emerged from the sea foam. It offers a truly magical photo opportunity and a perfect introduction to the island's ancient lore.
Unearthing UNESCO Archaeological Wonders
Upon arrival at the vibrant Paphos Harbour, your expert guide will lead you into the renowned Paphos Archaeological Park. As a centerpiece of the city's UNESCO World Heritage status, this park contains remarkably preserved Roman mosaics and ancient monuments dating from the 4th century BC through the Middle Ages, recognized globally for their exceptional historical value.
Following the park, we visit the grounds of Agia Kyriaki Chrysopolitissa, a beautiful 13th-century church built over the ruins of an ancient Byzantine basilica. Within its courtyard, you will see Saint Paul's Pillar, where tradition holds that the Apostle Paul was flogged before converting the Roman governor to Christianity.
The Tombs of the Kings
Our exploration continues at the Tombs of the Kings, another impressive UNESCO-certified site dating back to the 3rd century BC. Despite the name, these grand, rock-carved chambers were the final resting places for high-ranking nobles and officials rather than royalty—a fascinating testament to the prestige of ancient Paphos.

However, as natives born there, our guides are delighted to share their deep personal history and local insights during the rest of your tour.
• For larger groups, we can arrange additional guides with official licenses for the Republic of Cyprus to ensure a full site-guiding experience.
